Which service should I try first?

I highly recommend doing Intuitive Crystal Healing first and foremost. In my opinion, it’s a solid foundation to which you can effectively layer other therapeutic modalities. Sound healing is a great way to continue maintenance, relaxation, and healing in between energy therapy sessions. Most people can go 6-12 months in between crystal sessions, unless they’re pretty blocked. Some people do sound baths as often as they can, whereas some just do them 1-2 times a month or bi-monthly. Using an infrared sauna 3-4 times weekly is great, but not always feasible or necessary based on experience or goals. The main point is consistency over intensity.

How do I prepare for a session?

Please be sure to drink plenty of water during the 24 hours leading up to your energy or sound therapy session, and limit all alcohol consumption or mind-altering substances as much as possible within that time frame. Feel free to eat a light meal beforehand if needed. Comfortable loose clothing is optimal, and socks are recommended but not required. Makeup free is best, and I do require facial clients to arrive with a clean face at the start of their appointment. Also, due to my sensitivities to certain fragrances, I ask all clients to please forgo perfumes or colognes before our session together or at least opt for more natural scents such as essential oils or chemical-free body sprays. Phones must be silenced during our session to ensure quality of service, so please make proper arrangements prior in order to prevent any disruptions.

Crystal Healing clients are required to complete and submit a Chakra questionnaire, and Medical Intake forms at least 2 business days prior to their scheduled appointment.

What information is required to schedule a session, and will my information be kept confidential?

In order to schedule either energy or sound healing sessions, I require all new clients to fill out Medical Intake forms to determine eligibility and path of care for the services I offer. Crystal healing clients are also asked to fill out a Chakra Questionnaire and submit along with their medical history information at least 2 business days before their scheduled appointment.

All of my clients’ personal and medical information shared with me in either verbal or written form will be guarded and kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA law.

Do I need prior energy or sound healing experience?

No experience is necessary. Each session is guided and accessible for beginners and experienced participants alike.

Are your services for everyone?

While energy and sound healing are generally safe for most people, there are some health conditions and age restrictions that could prevent me from working with certain clients.

Energy Healing

  • Not accepting clients with pacemakers or severe mental health disorders.

  • Pregnant clients will only be subjected to mild, gentler crystal energy.

  • Clients with diabetes who rely on insulin will need to monitor their glucose levels more closely after a session, since energy healing can lower blood sugar levels.

  • Age requirement is 16 years old and up.

Sound Healing

  • Not accepting clients that are currently pregnant, or with severe mental health disorders.

  • Check with a medical professional if you have recent joint replacements, pins, or plates. It is often recommended to wait at least two months after any major surgery before participating.

  • Clients with epilepsy, a history of stroke, or other brain injuries should get medical clearance before scheduling.

  • Some other contraindications include tinnitus, ear infections, and Meniere's disease.

  • Suitable for clients 11 years old and up.

Will your services conflict with my religious beliefs?

No, my energy and sound healing sessions are not affiliated with any religion and are universally inclusive experiences. They honor all belief systems and do not promote any specific faith. If you are part of a religion, these practices can support your spiritual journey without conflicting with your values or beliefs.

What should I expect after my session?

Be sure to continue drinking plenty of water at least 24 hours following your session. Clients can feel a range of physical or emotional states after any session including deeply relaxed, fatigued, energized, mild headache, lightheadedness, contemplativeness, giddiness, lighter on your feet, uplifted, etc. Regardless, I encourage all of my clients to clear their schedule after a session, and to listen to their body’s needs for the remainder of the day. Good quality water, whole nutritious food, and restful sleep are great ways to help aid in the work accomplished during your session.

How many times do you recommend I use an infrared sauna based on my goals?

For those looking to use an infrared sauna for general wellness, 3-4 times a week is optimal. Experienced users tend to use an infrared sauna more consistently, as they pursue sustainable benefits like relaxation, better circulation, and detoxification. Beginners should start with 2-3 shorter sessions weekly and gradually increase frequency and duration. Hydration is crucial no matter your experience level. Must be 18 years or older to use the sauna.

Frequency by Experience Level & Goal:

  • Beginners:  Start with 2-3 times weekly, 15-30 mins.

  • Experienced Users:  Daily or 4-5 times per week, 30-60 mins.

  • Stress Relief:  2-3 times per week.

  • General Wellness:  3-4 times per week.

  • Pain/Muscle Recovery:  3-4 times per week. 

  • Detoxification:  Up to 4-5 times per week.

Key Considerations:

  • Start Slowly: 

    Build tolerance with shorter sessions (15-20 mins) at lower temperatures (110-125°F). 

  • Listen to Your Body: 

    Don't push to the point of discomfort; consistency over intensity. 

  • Hydrate: 

    Drink plenty of water before, during, and after sessions to replace fluids and electrolytes.

    Always get personalized advice from a healthcare provider, especially if you have health conditions.
