Refund & Cancellation Policy
I am 100% committed to your satisfaction of service at Sacred Glow Studio. I guarantee that each client receives valuable and consistent service, respectful professionalism, and courteous customer support.
Due to the nature of my business being primarily service based, I have a no refund policy for services rendered since I am not able to guarantee specific results for each individual as they will vary. I believe, as a certified healing practitioner & wellness coach, that I am assisting clients in healing themselves, and they are ultimately responsible for the types of outcomes they will have. All other sales by Sacred Glow Studio are considered final.
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur no penalty, however those that make a habit of cancelling most of their appointments may be asked to pay a 25% deposit when booking at my discretion. Last minute cancellations without significant reason, or an appointment "No Show” will be required to put down a 50% deposit going forward in order to schedule with me. Repeat offenders who continue to cancel last minute, even after paying a deposit, will be required to prepay the full amount of the service at time of booking. All deposits and prepayments are nonrefundable.
